At SOAS, students get a week off to read during (the appropriately named) Reading Week. Our MA International Studies and Diplomacy program offered a week-long trip to The Hague and Brussels to see the International Court of Justice, NATO, and the European Parliament, just to name a few things. I can't speak for everyone, but I certainly didn't get any reading done.
