Practicing the Letter y

Try reading these few sentences that use the letter , "ya." Later, we'll start to put the different letters together.

You should know by now that the reason the letter , "ya," is not used in "many" and "hungry" is that Devanagari is phonetic; even though these words contain the English letter, "y," they do not contain the "y" sound.
